New Hampshire Code § 261:60

Copies of Listings; Prima Facie Evidence

I. The department may prepare and furnish, without charge, copies or listings of certificates of registration and copies of other documents relating thereto, including compilations thereof, to law enforcement officers, and may sell such compilations to others at such reasonable price as the commissioner may from time to time establish. II. In the prosecution of any offense under this title, or of any motor vehicle offense established by local ordinance, such a listing, made from the electronic records of the department, or a similar listing from a similar agency of another state, shall constitute prima facie evidence that a vehicle described in such listing, or bearing a number plate described in such listing, was registered to the person named in such listing on the date such listing was made.
