New Hampshire Code § 23:7-a

Certain County Attorney Fees Remitted to County Treasurer

Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 23:7, if any fees are charged by a county attorney for any legal work or service performed on behalf of the county, in his capacity as county attorney, said fees shall be paid over to the county treasurer for the use of the county.
