I. Any common carrier by rail which is subject to the provisions of 49 U.S.C. section 11301 shall be subject to the provisions of RSA 228:82 but shall not be subject to any of the other provisions of this subdivision. II. Any common carrier which is subject to RSA 359-T or RSA 266-A shall not be subject to the provisions of this subdivision.
