Members of the deputy conservation officer force shall be appointed by the executive director. Each member of the force shall be: I. A citizen of the United States; II. A resident of the state of N.H.; III. Free from conviction of a felony in this state or any other state; IV. At least 21 years of age; V. Meet any other qualifications as the executive director shall deem appropriate.
