There are established the following divisions, as defined in RSA 21-G:5, within the fish and game department: I. The division of marine fisheries, under RSA 211:65. II. The fisheries division. III. The wildlife division. IV. The business division. V. The facilities and lands division. VI. The law enforcement division. VII. The public affairs division. VIII. The office of the executive director.
