New Hampshire Code § 194-B:15

Chartered Public Schools; Grievance Procedure

I. Individuals or groups may complain to a chartered public school's board of trustees concerning any claimed violation of the provisions of the school's application and contract. II. If, after presenting their complaint to the trustees, the individuals or groups believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed, they may submit their complaint to the school board, which shall investigate such complaint and make a determination. School board decisions with respect to grievances may be appealed to the state board. III. [Repealed.]
