I. No licensee shall lease or rent concession of selling liquor or beverage to any person, firm, limited liability company, or corporation. II. No persons shall be employed by any on-premises or off-premises licensee to serve or sell beverages or liquor whose compensation is based on a percentage of the sale price of such liquor or beverage. III. No licensee shall rent or lease any part of his business without prior permission of the commission. IV. No licensee shall have a direct entrance to such licensee's business from that of another person, without prior permission of the commission. V. [Repealed.]
