New Hampshire Code § 162-H:19

I. The superior court, in term time or in vacation, may enjoin any act in violation of this chapter. II. Any construction or operation of energy facilities in violation of this chapter, or in material violation of the terms and conditions of a certificate issued under this chapter, may result in an assessment by the superior court of civil damages not to exceed $10,000 for each day in violation. III. Whoever commits any willful violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
