I. The standard disclosure summary, which shall accompany a residential services agreement, shall be in a form adopted by the commissioner of the department of health and human services by rule pursuant to RSA 541-A. II. A copy of the residential services agreement shall be given to prospective residents upon request and at least 24 hours prior to signing.
