The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: I. Cost and the methods of payment for adult in-home care services. II. Qualifications of providers. III. Further definition of services to be provided under this subdivision. IV. Requirements for eligibility for services. V. [Repealed.]
