Homemaker; Duties

I. The trained homemaker, working for a provider agency, shall carry out assigned tasks in the family's or individual's residence. The assignments shall be carried out under supervision of a professional, who shall assess the need for the service and implement the plan of care. II. Duties of the homemaker shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) Respite family relief. (b) Special diet planning and meal preparation. (c) Limited assistance with personal care needs. (d) Budgeting. (e) Home management. (f) Light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands.
