New Hampshire Code § 160-C:9

I. No person shall advertise permissible fireworks by means of radio, television, newspaper, flyer, catalog, billboard, mobile or stationary sign, or any other means in such a way as to confuse or mislead the public about: (a) The conditions under which fireworks may be purchased. (b) The conditions under which fireworks may be used. (c) The requirements contained in RSA 160-B, 160-C, or any other provision of state or federal law or regulations. II. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. III. Any advertisement for the sale of permissible fireworks shall at a minimum contain the words: "Check with your local fire department to see if permissible fireworks are allowed in your community."
