New Hampshire Code § 160-B:16

Certain Sparklers Prohibited; Penalties

I. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the sale, possession or display of class "C" sparklers or those sparklers consisting of a wire or stick which contain chlorates or perchlorates is prohibited. II. Any person who sells or possesses with intent to sell class "C" sparklers or sparklers consisting of a wire or stick which contain chlorates or perchlorates shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. III. Any person who displays or possesses without intent to sell class "C" sparklers or sparklers consisting of a wire or stick which contain chlorates or perchlorates shall be guilty of a violation.
