Elevator or Accessibility Lift in Residential Property

The exemption in RSA 157-B:2, IV for accessibility lifts in private residences shall apply to any residential property, including multi-family rental property, provided that the lift serves only one residential unit and meets any applicable safety criteria established by rule pursuant to RSA 157-B:17-a.
