New Hampshire Code § 147-A:12

Discrimination Prohibited

I. No employer shall discharge or discriminate against an employee because the employee has reported a violation of this chapter to the department as required by RSA 147-A:11, I. II. Any employee who has been discharged or discriminated against in violation of RSA 147-A:12, I, may bring an action against the employer in the superior court for injunctive relief, and for compensatory and exemplary damages. III. Reasonable attorney's fees shall be awarded to any employee who prevails in an action against his employer brought under RSA 147-A:12.
