New Hampshire Code § 126-A:49

Poison Information and Treatment

The commissioner shall develop or designate a statewide program for poison information and treatment. In connection with this program, the commissioner shall be responsible for establishment or designation of a poison information and treatment center which shall make available to New Hampshire residents information and medical consultation on a daily, 24-hour basis.
