New Hampshire Code § 110-B:57

The convening authority of a court-martial or of a court of inquiry is authorized at his discretion, in any case, to employ a stenographer to report the proceedings of said court, who shall be paid the same as stenographers employed in the superior court, or to utilize a tape recorder to record the proceedings.
