Termination of Employees' Retirement System of the State of New Hampshire

Effective January 1, 1976, the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire shall cease to exist as an operating retirement system. All assets and liabilities of the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire are hereby transferred to the New Hampshire retirement system to be administered in accordance with RSA 100-A:36-a. The regulations and provisions of the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire shall be considered a part of the regulations and provisions of the New Hampshire retirement system for purposes of administering RSA 100-A:36-a.
