Nevada Code § 91.090

Commodity merchant defined

Commodity
merchant means any of the following, as defined or described in the Commodity
Exchange Act or by a rule of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission:
1. A futures commission merchant;
2. A commodity pool operator;
3. A commodity trading adviser;
4. An introducing broker;
5. A leverage transaction merchant;
6. An associated person of any person
listed in subsections 1 to 5, inclusive;
7. A floor broker; or
8. Any other person, other than a futures
association, required to register with the Commodity Futures Trading
Commission.
