Nevada Code § 90.615

Authority of Attorney General and district attorney

1. The Attorney General may investigate
and prosecute any violation of a provision of this chapter, a regulation
adopted pursuant to this chapter, an order denying, suspending or revoking the
effectiveness of registration or an order to cease and desist issued by the
Administrator.
2. The district attorney of the
appropriate county may prosecute any such violation:
(a) At the request of the Attorney General; or
(b) If the Attorney General does not prosecute
such a violation.
