Nevada Code § 87.490

Change of location of principal office

1. If a registered limited-liability
partnership wishes to change the location of its principal office in this State,
it shall first file with the Secretary of State a certificate of change of
principal office that sets forth:
(a) The name of the registered limited-liability
partnership;
(b) The street address of its principal office;
and
(c) The street address of its new principal
office.
2. A certificate of change of principal
office filed pursuant to this section must be:
(a) Signed by a managing partner of the
registered limited-liability partnership; and
(b) Accompanied by a fee of $60.
3. A change authorized by this section
becomes effective upon the filing of the proper certificate of change.
