Statement means: 1. A statement of partnership authority under NRS 87.4327 ; 2. A statement of denial under NRS 87.4328 ; 3. A statement of dissociation under NRS 87.4349 ; 4. A statement of dissolution under NRS 87.4355 ; or 5. An amendment or cancellation of any of the statements set forth in subsections 1 to 4, inclusive.
