Nevada Code § 82.501

Limitation on time for creditors claims; notice to creditors

All creditors must present and make proof to
the receiver of their respective claims against the corporation within 6 months
from the date of appointment of the receiver or trustee for the corporation, or
sooner if the court so orders. All creditors and claimants failing to do so
within the time limited by this section, or the time prescribed by the order of
court, are barred from participating in the distribution of the assets of the
corporation. The court shall prescribe what notice, by publication or
otherwise, must be given to creditors of the time within which they must
present and prove their claims.
