1. Subject only to such limitations as may be provided by this chapter, or the articles, the board of directors or trustees has full control over the affairs of the corporation. 2. Unless otherwise provided in the articles and subject to the bylaws adopted by the members, if any, directors may make the bylaws of the corporation.
