Nevada Code § 81.951

Meetings adjourned to another time or place

1. Unless otherwise provided by the
articles of incorporation or bylaws of a worker cooperative, when a meeting is
adjourned to another time or place, notice of the adjournment need not be given
to the members of the original meeting if the time and place that the meeting
will commence is announced before the adjournment.
2. If an adjournment pursuant to
subsection 1 is taken for more than 45 days, or if a new record date is set
after an adjournment, notice of the adjournment must be given in accordance
with NRS 81.939 to 81.951 , inclusive, to each member entitled
to vote.
3. At the commencement of the adjourned
meeting, the worker cooperative may transact any business that would have been
transacted at the original meeting.
