Nevada Code § 81.941

Personal notice of meeting consisting only of members; authority to veto decision made at meeting for which notice was not received

1. Before a meeting consisting of only
members, personal notice must be given to each member not less than 48 hours
before the meeting. Such notice must be provided to each member who, on the
record date, is entitled to vote.
2. Any decision made at a meeting held
pursuant to subsection 1 may be vetoed by a member who:
(a) Was not present at the meeting; and
(b) Did not receive 48 hours notice,
unless a
majority of the members or another percentage of the members as specified in
the articles of incorporation or the bylaws of the worker cooperative were
present at the meeting.
