1. The purpose of the business may be altered, changed, modified, enlarged or diminished, or the articles of association amended, by a vote of two-thirds of all the members at a special election to be called for such purpose. Notice of the special election must be given in the same manner as the bylaws provide for the election of directors. 2. Upon amendment of the articles of association, a copy of the articles as amended must be filed with the Secretary of State.
