1. Any foreign corporation qualified to do business in this State under the provisions of this chapter may withdraw therefrom and surrender its right by: (a) Filing with the Secretary of State a notice of its purpose so to do, duly authorized to be given by resolution of its board of directors and signed by the proper officers thereof; and (b) Paying the fee required by NRS 80.050 for filing notice. 2. The provisions of subsection 1 apply only when the corporations right to do business in this State at the time the notice is submitted for filing has not been forfeited.
