Nevada Code § 78.422

Date of consummation defined

Date
of consummation, with respect to any combination, means the date of the
consummation of the combination or, in the case of a combination as to which a
vote of stockholders is taken, the later of:
1. The business day before the vote; or
2. Twenty days before the date of
consummation of the combination.
