Nevada Code § 77.305

Registration of individual or corporation willing to serve as registered agent for corporation, limited-liability company or limited partnership

1. Any individual residing or corporation
located in this State may register for that calendar year a willingness to
serve as the registered agent of a domestic or foreign corporation,
limited-liability company or limited partnership with the Secretary of State.
The registration must state the full, legal name of the individual or
corporation willing to serve as the registered agent and be accompanied by a
fee of $500 per office location of the registered agent.
2. The Secretary of State shall maintain a
list of those individuals and corporations who are registered pursuant to
subsection 1 and make the list available to persons seeking to do business in
this State.
3. The Secretary of State may amend any
information provided in the list if an individual or a corporation who is
included in the list:
(a) Requests the amendment; and
(b) Pays a fee of $50.
4. The Secretary of State may adopt
regulations prescribing the content, maintenance and presentation of the list.
