Nevada Code § 75.180

Secretary of State prohibited from collecting or disclosing certain information identifying certain donors. [Effective July 1, 2027.]

Pursuant to NRS 239B.027 , in carrying out the
requirements of this title, the Secretary of State shall not collect or
disclose any information that directly identifies a person as a donor of
financial support to a nonprofit organization.
