Hearings and final decisions; jurisdiction; appeals from final decisions; judicial review

1. The Taxicab Authority shall conduct
hearings and make final decisions in the following matters:
(a) Applications to adjust, alter or change the
rates, charges or fares for taxicab service;
(b) Applications for certificates of public
convenience and necessity to operate a taxicab service;
(c) Applications requesting authority to transfer
any existing interest in a certificate of public convenience and necessity or
in a corporation that holds a certificate of public convenience and necessity
to operate a taxicab business;
(d) Applications to change the total number of
allocated taxicabs in a county to which NRS
706.881 to 706.885 , inclusive,
apply; and
(e) Appeals from final decisions of the
Administrator made pursuant to NRS 706.8822 .
2. Any final decision of the Taxicab
Authority pursuant to this section is subject to judicial review pursuant to NRS 233B.130 .
