Revocation or denial of license: Notice and hearing

1. For reasonable cause the Department may
revoke any license issued pursuant to this chapter or refuse to issue any
license provided for in this chapter.
2. Before revoking a license, the
Department shall send a notice by registered or certified mail to the licensee
at the licensees last known address ordering the licensee to appear before the
Department at a time not less than 10 days after the mailing of such notice and
show cause why the license should not be revoked.
