1. An operator of a tow car shall accept cash, money orders, credit cards, debit cards and any electronic transfer of money as payment for towing services. 2. An operator of a tow car may offer a discount to a customer for payment in cash of any rate, fare or charge. 3. As used in this section, electronic transfer of money has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 463.01473 .
