All money collected by the Department under the provisions of NRS 706.011 to 706.861 , inclusive, must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Motor Vehicle Fund. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and NRS 482.180 and 482.181 , all money collected under the provisions of NRS 706.011 to 706.861 , inclusive, must be used for the construction, maintenance and repair of the public highways of this State.
