1. Taxicab motor carrier means any person who operates a taxicab. 2. Taxicab motor carrier does not include: (a) Any employer operating a vehicle for the transportation of the employees of that employer, whether or not the employees pay for the transportation. (b) A person who is the lessee of a taxicab pursuant to NRS 706.473 .
