Declared gross weight means the maximum gross weight at which the vehicle or combination of vehicles will be operated, except the term does not include the weight of: 1. Another vehicle which is being carried or towed by a tow car; 2. Implements of husbandry; 3. A trailer or other towed vehicle which is not used for a commercial enterprise; 4. Towable tools or equipment, as that term is defined in NRS 484D.055 ; or 5. The load on a farm vehicle which has an unladen weight of 10,000 pounds or more.
