NRS 705.030 to 705.060 , inclusive, shall not be held to invalidate or affect in any way any contract of the kind referred to in NRS 705.030 to 705.050 , inclusive, made prior to March 27, 1913, and any such contract made prior to March 27, 1913, may, upon compliance with the provisions of NRS 705.030 to 705.060 , inclusive, be recorded as provided in NRS 705.060 .
