Significant operational or capital requirements defined

Significant operational or capital
requirements means the construction of a new transmission, distribution,
compression or storage facility or the rehabilitation, replacement,
modification, upgrade, uprate or update of existing facilities, or any planned
series of such activities addressing the same need, in which the anticipated
cost exceeds the threshold established by the Commission pursuant to subsection
3 of NRS 704.991 .
