Qualified low-income residential building project defined

Qualified low-income residential building
project means an energy facility that:
1. Is installed on the premises of a
qualified low-income residential building; and
2. For which the financial benefits of the
electricity produced by the energy facility are allocated equitably among the
occupants of the dwelling units of the qualified low-income residential
building.
