Order for production of books, accounts, papers or records kept by regulated person outside state

The
Commission may require, by order to be served on any person regulated by the
Commission in the same manner as a subpoena in a civil action, the production
at a time and place designated by the Commission of any books, accounts, papers
or records kept by the person in any office or place outside this State, or
verified copies in lieu thereof, if the Commission so directs, so that an
examination may be made by the Commission or under its direction, or for use as
testimony.
