Heating gas fireplace defined

Heating
gas fireplace means a vented fireplace, including, without limitation, an
appliance that is freestanding, recessed or zero clearance or a gas fireplace
insert, that is:
1. Fueled by natural gas or propane; and
2. Not a decorative gas fireplace.
