The Director may: 1. Participate in any program established by the Federal Government relating to sources of energy and adopt regulations to carry out such a program. 2. Assist developers of renewable energy systems in preparing and making requests to obtain money for development through the issuance of industrial development revenue bonds pursuant to NRS 349.400 to 349.670 , inclusive.
