Nevada Code § 701.055

Energy development project defined

Energy
development project means a project for the generation, transmission and
development of energy located on public or private land. The term includes,
without limitation:
1. A utility facility, as defined in NRS 704.860 , constructed on private land;
and
2. Electric generating plants and their
associated facilities which use or will use renewable energy, as defined in NRS 704.7715 , as their primary source of
energy to generate electricity.
