Nevada Code § 697.070

General agent defined

1. General agent means any individual or
person appointed by an insurer to supervise or manage the bail bond business
written by bail agents of such insurer.
2. A general agent shall not solicit or
negotiate undertakings of bail or bail bonds unless licensed as a bail agent by
this state.
