Nevada Code § 689.515

Agents license required to solicit sale of prepaid contract on behalf of seller; exception; administrative fine

1. It is unlawful for any person to
solicit the sale of a prepaid contract in this state on behalf of a seller
unless the person holds a valid agents license issued by the Commissioner.
2. This section does not apply to a seller
who holds a valid sellers permit.
3. A person who solicits the sale of a
prepaid contract in this state without a license or sellers permit is subject
to an administrative fine of not more than $1,000 for each violation.
