Nevada Code § 677.490

Surrender of license by licensee; surrender as affecting licensees liability

Any licensee
may surrender any license by delivering it to the Commissioner with written
notice of its surrender, but a surrender does not affect his or her civil or criminal
liability for acts committed before the surrender.
