1. At least once each year, the Commissioner or his or her authorized representatives shall make an examination of the place of business of each licensee and of the loans, transactions, books, papers and records of such licensee so far as they pertain to the business licensed under this chapter. 2. For each examination the Commissioner shall charge and collect from the licensee a fee for conducting the examination and preparing and typing the report of the examination at the rate established and, if applicable, adjusted pursuant to NRS 658.101 .
