1. Annually, on or before April 15, each
licensee shall file with the Commissioner and the Nationwide Multistate
Licensing System and Registry a report of operations of the licensed business
for the preceding calendar year. The report must be made under oath and must be
in the form and contain information prescribed by the Commissioner. If any
person or affiliated group holds more than one license in the state, it may
file a composite annual report.
2. The Commissioner may require a licensee
to file more frequent reports as the Commissioner determines necessary.
