Fees for application and investigation; regulations

1. At the time of making the application,
the applicant shall pay to the Commissioner:
(a) A nonrefundable fee of not more than $1,000
for the application and survey;
(b) Any additional expenses incurred in the
process of investigation as the Commissioner deems necessary; and
(c) A fee of not less than $200 or more than
$1,000, prorated on the basis of the licensing year as provided by the
Commissioner.
2. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations
establishing the amount of the fees required pursuant to this section. All
money received by the Commissioner pursuant to this section must be placed in
the Investigative Account created by NRS
232.545 .
